We like all dogs stay calm and not too stressed during grooming, so we take break times in between grooming session.
Our drop off time is 8am-12am, and will discuss pick up time when you drop off. Please allow us enough time for grooming so your dogs are not rushed to groom.
If you have specific time frame, please let us know when you make an appointment.

De-matting
We consider dogs comfort and safety so we only brush out knots if they are brush able (extra charge may apply). ANY matts or knots which unable to brush will be clipped short.
